Register To Play

We welcome new players and news teams to play at AISC, if you or a friend are interested in registering to play a sport at AISC please dont hesitate to contact us for further information.

Download our registration form below, fill it out and either email, fax or bring it to us in person, so that we can set you up to play as soon as possible.

Please note that an Assumption of Risk form must be filled out for each team registering to play at AISC, and must be signed by each individual player. Teams that do not submit the Assumption of Risk form will not be registered.
